A Much Needed Update

Well, this past semester has been crazy with school and I have been super overwhelmed taking 18 credits. These last four weeks are going to be crazy with lots of assignments due. Fortunatley during my Spring Break I got to go on a much needed break to California. I have a really close mission friend who lives in Rialto California which is pretty close to LA. So, his family was gracious enough to let me stay at his house. They treated me so well. When I got there we decided to go hiking since it was such nice weather! Oh, it felt so good all I wanted to do was sit outside!! But that was way fun and then later that night we went to a dance. All the boys I were with were such good dancers. Then, Saturday we went to Huntington Beach which was way fun even though it wasn't that warm that day. I was determined to go swimming even though the water was freezing. So, i did and we even boogie boarded for awhile. We also just sat around ate food, played catch, and then later that night we got invited to a singles Tongan ward bonfire on the beach. That was fun! Then, sunday we just got to chill which is so fun because these Samaon boys are super funny and keep me entertained the whole time. We also visited the LA temple. It was beautiful and i have never seen it, It was huge!! So, that was a good time! Then, Monday and Tuesday we just hung out and had a good time at Ammon's school and hanging out. On Monday I also got to see the Hawkins family who I met in Virgnia and they now live in Cali! They are amazing and incredible people who i really love. It was way fun to see them and they also fed me and four of my friends dinner!! One of my friends Michelle was also in Cali so she met up with us for a little bit which was fun! Overall, the trip was just so much fun and I didn't want to ever leave and come back to real life! Thanks to the Matavao family and friends for the good times!















I also got to go to Salt Lake for my mission reunion and conference! I was so good to see my mission president again and hang out with my Cali friends who were up for conference! I also got to go to the second session of conference on Saturday which was way good! I love conference and it was so good to be there with all the members of the church!!
