So, I have really been horrible at keeping this blog updated. However, its a good thing because that means I'm not wasting a lot of time messing around instead I'm actually doing my homework and assignments like I'm suppose to:) YAY for me! This semester has been super busy, way busier than I could of expected. Its been good to be busy but it sucks because I hardly get to exercise and I really need it! However, now that its getting warmer and staying lighter longer I can exercise outside, which is my favorite!! I love my bike and my running shoes about this time of year. I went on my first ride last weekend and it was AMAZING! Something about warm weather, listening to tunes and riding my bike that makes me happier than words can describe. So my life as of yet has contained big tests that I have to pass in order to student teach which ultimatley means before I graduate! So, Good news I passed the Praxis II which I was super worried about. I took it without studying. So, I was so relieved and soo happy when I discovered I passed. Ok, so last week I took three tests which I have to pass 2 of the 3 before I can student teach. So, hopefully I will I won't find out until later in May. Ok, so with student teaching I'm headed back East on May 2nd. I'm really excited. I'm hoping to student teach out there but I have not heard anything from anyone so I don't know what's happening!! I'm sure it will all work out how it's suppose to though..right??? At least that's what I always hear! Ok so that's school...almost over for this semester...one summer class...and then...STUDENT TEACHING!
Ok...Church. So, I recently was released from my calling of 1.5 years of Relief Society 1st counselor. This was sad for me because I love these girls and I just enjoyed teaching and learning from them. However, a week after I was released I got called as Assistant Ward Mission Leader. So,I of course was happy to do that. Although I only get to have this calling for a little while I'm glad for the opportunity. I of course love missionary work and I have been slacking a lot. So, this calling is a good reminder to me of how I need to improve. You know just the little things of talking to people and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. This will come in handy when I go back East and have to make new friends. I'm super excited and hopefully I can find a good singles ward to attend. Also, of course I loved conference and I was able to go to both the sessions on Saturday. I loved sitting there and feeling the spirit. As the prophet and apostles sat there before conference started I just felt an overwhelming feeling of love! I think it's so amazing, this church! I'm so happy that I have been able to be raised in the gospel and continue to learn each and every day! I have a lot of things I got reminded of during conference. This list includes things I am doing well and things I could improve on. So, I'm grateful for those gentle reminders. I feel so blessed!
Family and Friends-So life is busy in the Price/Harding clan. In March Tara and Jared got married. It was a beautiful wedding and I'm very happy for the two of them. They make a beautiful and great couple! I'm excited for their future! Also, Emily and Alex will be getting married in July! It will be great! They are working on finding a place to live in Vegas since Alex got a chef position there! I really love my family and feel so blessed to have such a great and big one. We will officially have 16 members in our immediate family! It's awesome I love it. Now they just need to start having kids so I can have some nieces and more nephews. As far as friends, I will be sad to leave Pocatello and will miss a lot of great people here, but I'm excited for the next 8 or so months that lie ahead for me! It should be great!
Overall, Life is good and I'm very happy! I will be much happier once school is officially over! I will probably be better at keeping my blog updated too once school is over and I'm at work all day with nothing to do that's the only time I get on this!
